This is a film about a man and his land. The place where he was born and grew up. It’s a self-portrait. Someone who decided to plant trees to save his place from the desert. It’s a poetic contemplative eye looking for the hard and true reality of the abandoned poor rural places from the interior of Portugal.
This film is also a movement to bring the peripheric regions to the mainstream, centre, places of decision. In the interior South, there is someone using his simple ways to give his region a second chance. [ 44m, 2025 ]
